Service & Reservation

The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. An exception may be made in the event of a national quarantine or after prior consultation. You must contact us in advance to extend your voucher. 

Vouchers, gift cards and special offers are transferable. Your purchased voucher cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

Dates and times for your photo shoot are subject to availability. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.


Contract conclusion

The presentation of the services and products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy" button in the last step of the ordering process, you make a binding offer to purchase and execute the services and goods presented in the order overview.

Shortly after sending your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute a purchase contract, but is merely a message to you confirming receipt and the full scope of the order. As soon as we accept your order with a separate order confirmation, which you will receive with another e-mail, a contract is concluded between you and us.

Please check the SPAM folder of your email inbox regularly. All our images come with a basic retouch. Additional special retouching, date and name requests are subject to a fee. All digital images are provided as high resolution Jpeg and Tiff files. 

We aim to deliver all prints and post-processing orders within 5-7 working days. If there are any delays with your order, please feel free to contact us by email at info@eyeshot.nl


Complaints

We take complaints about our company, our staff and our level of service very seriously. If you are not satisfied, please follow our formal complaints procedure. All complaints should be made in writing via email to info@eyeshot.nl

Eyeshot will respond to all complaints within 5 working days and attempt to resolve the issue to ensure customer satisfaction.

Please consider the following steps:

*A clear and detailed explanation of what your complaint is about.

*Copies of all documents relating to the complaint.

*Your name and the date of the photo shoot.

*Your email address so that we can reply to you.


Terms of Payment

Payment for the goods is made by credit card (we use the "SSL." transmission procedure to encrypt your personal data), by bank transfer or via our payment service providers.
