Delivery of the goods will be made to the delivery address provided by you. We aim to deliver all prints and post-processing orders within 5-7 working days. If there are any delays with your order, please feel free to contact us by email at info@eyeshot.nl
Refund & Cancellation
To reschedule your photo appointment, you must give at least 7 days notice. No-shows or less than 3 days notice will void your voucher. You cannot request a refund from us if you have already booked an appointment.
If a voucher was purchased as part of a special promotion, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged in the event of cancellation.
Eyeshot is entitled to postpone an appointment once. In case of illness of the photographer, defects in the photographic equipment or delivery problems. If we are also unable to keep your new appointment, you can request a refund from us.
Return
If the goods delivered by us are defective, the damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the goods. You have the right to demand new goods within the framework of the legal provisions. All returns will be processed within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
