How does it work?

When you arrive at your chosen location, we take a photo of your left or right eye (which eye is up to you!). Thanks to our specially designed Eyeshot photobox, we can capture even the smallest details of your iris.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the final image within 2-3 days after the shoot. Only when you confirm the image, will we print it and send it to your home address.

How long does the process take?

The photographing itself only takes a few minutes per person!

Thanks to our advanced software, our graphic team can start editing the images immediately after the shoot. This process will take 2-3 days.

Can I view the image before printing?

Yes, of course! We will inform you by e-mail as soon as we have completed our professional image editing. The e-mail will contain a link to confirm the image or request changes.

We only start printing when you are 100% satisfied and have confirmed the image!

Which materials can we print on?

You can choose from the following materials;

· 10 mm thick Real glass

· Canvas

· 20 mm thick Acrylic

Can I add more than one iris to an image?

Yes, you can! Just choose one of the following options in our online shop:

· Universe
· Collision
· Pure
· Fusion

Can iris photography also be performed on very light or dark eyes?

Our eyes are even more unique than a fingerprint, which makes them so special. The colour doesn't matter! Our advanced technology can capture all the details of all eye colours!

How can I personalise my photo?

You can add a short text like name or date. After the shoot, you can tell our staff members your wishes.

What is the minimum age?

We recommend our iris photography for children aged 3 and upwards.

Does it also works with contact lenses?

If you wear soft contact lenses, this will not cause us any problems during the shoot. Otherwise, you would have to take your contact lenses out for the shoot.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! You can easily order them through our website. Our gift vouchers are digital, so perfect if you're in a hurry. You will receive an email with the voucher code immediately after ordering.

Do you store the image files?

Data protection is important to us! We store your image(s) for a maximum of 5 years, in case you want to place an order again. If you do not want your file to be saved, it will of course be deleted on request.

How can I reorder?

After you have ordered from us for the first time, you will receive an image number. With this number, you can place a new order on our website at any time. We will store the image anonymously for a maximum of 5 years with your consent.
